Long term vacancies (LTV) Tab

This is an alternative for the Shifts Tabs where you create invididual shifts, but in this case you create long term vacancies (ltv) for the employer. This functionality is useful when the employer doesn't have shifts, but have vacancy for a timeperiod, i.e. for a period of time. You can add multiple long term vacancies for a single employer.

To add a new ltv, click on the Create new long-term vacancy button on the top right corner of the page. This will open a window where you can add the details of the ltv.

The field include:

  • Name - The name of the ltv, mosy likely the job title.
  • Base job profile - The base job profile of the ltv, such as Leg. sjuksköterska, Läkare, etc. You can select the base job profile from the dropdown list. This is shown when you add the profiles in the Profiles Tab.
  • Employment period - The employment period of the ltv, such as starting date and ending date. You can select the starting date and ending date from the calendar date picker.
  • Last application date - The last date for the applicants to apply for the ltv. You can select the date from the calendar.
  • Price (in SEK) - The price of the ltv in SEK.
  • Margin (in percent) - The margin of the ltv in percentage, which is collected by Medpeople.
  • salary (in SEK) - The salary of the ltv in SEK.
  • Scope of employment (in %) - The scope of employment of the ltv in percentage. This is the percentage of the employment, such as 100% or 50%.
  • Occupation - The occupation of the ltv, such as Leg. sjuksköterska, Läkare, etc. You can select the occupation from the dropdown list.
  • Specializations - The specializations required for the ltv, such as Akutsjukvård, Barnmorska, etc. You can select the specializations from the dropdown list.
  • Skills - The skills required for the ltv, such as B-körkort, etc. You can select the skills from the dropdown list.
  • Description - The description of the ltv, including the job responsibilities, requirements and other details. Anything you want to convey to the applicants.
  • Qualifications - The qualifications required for the ltv, such as Leg. sjuksköterska, Läkarexamen, etc. You can describe the qualifications required for the ltv.
  • Additional info - Any additional information that you want to convey to the applicants.
  • Driver's license - Whether the job requires a drivers license or not. You can enable or disable according to the ltv.

Once you have added the details, click on the Save button to save the ltv or X to cancel the operation.
